Description

Michigan licensed residential builders are required to take a 3 hour "Continuing Competency" course covering changes to Law, Safety & Code in order to renew their Builders Licenses by the May 31, 2023 deadline. This course offered by HBA of Jackson satisfies those requirements.

Joe has over 33 years in the construction business. He has been a Michigan Licensed Residential Builder since 1992. His college degree is in education, giving a balance of knowledge and real-world experience. He is a member of Southeastern Michigan Building Officials and Inspectors Association--SEMBOIA
